HELLO, SPRING

Updated: Feb 11

Spring is the most beautiful art.

It's time for wildlife to wake up from the winter. Days lengthen and spring flowers come into bloom.

Daffodils, crocuses, hyacinths, tulips, and many other spring flowers will be the first real colour that many of us have seen in our gardens since the previous autumn. The garden has suddenly come back to life.

One of my favourite spring flowers are irises, primroses and allium.

Some of these beautiful flowers are in my garden .

I noticed that I am very passionate about flower stamens.

Yes, I know it sounds strange, but if you look at my picture you will see what I am talking about. Don't miss this passionate details. This is how flowers are formed, thanks to pollination of these stamens by bees and other insects, and therefore we also have fruits, vegetables, flowers, trees, etc.

I think that these stamens are so captivating that it is worth mentioning that if it weren't for the bees, bumblebees and other pollinators, we wouldn't have these beautiful flowers, fruits, vegetables, etc. Thanks to them, we have something to eat.

Early flowering irises have delicate, fragrant purple blue flowers with yellow markings.
